Xero Training Courses

XERO ESSENTIALS FOR BUSINESS

Duration: Four hours (two 2 hour sessions)

It will provide foundational understanding of Xero that can be used across every area of your business. You will gain skills and knowledge that will allow you to have more control of your bookkeeping, save time and provide the best possible services to your customers.

What you will learn:

  • Using the Xero Dashboard
  • Setting up and managing contacts
  • Tracking your products and divisions
  • Inventory management
  • Sales invoicing and billing
  • Using Quotes
  • Best practice reconciling your bank transactions
  • Managing staff expenses and reimbursements
  • Filing GST correctly
  • Understanding your Chart of Accounts
  • Learn how to read the reports you need to see how your business is tracking
  • Creating a Budgets
  • Xero add-ons – What is possible?

What you need:

The course will run over a two sessions. Each session will run for two hours. We recommend you bring along a laptop as we will ask you to complete tasks and activities. This course can be done either onsite at your business office or home, or we will also hold sessions at our Accounts Dept. Limited premises.

Cost:

$350 per person. All those who complete the course will be given a follow-up manual.
We will provide a notebook and pens & light refreshments.

Note: All payments are required before the training commences.

 

 

 


 

Xero Refresher

Duration: Just one 2 hour session

Want to upskill your current Xero skills? You are currently using Xero but would love to know just a bit more… Our Xero Refresher covers the basics of Xero, helping you get to become more productive and efficient with you bookkeeping.

What you will learn:

  • Processing GST returns correctly
  • Learn best practice reconciling for bank transactions
  • Process sales Invoicing and bills in Xero efficiently.
  • Learn how to read reports to see how your business sales are tracking

Cost:

$150+gst per person

Note: All payments are required before the training commences.
